1-1: General Conditions
The terms of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of RENOWN and its customers regarding the sale of goods on the site. Acceptance of RENOWN‘s services implies the buyer’s full acceptance of these terms.
1-2: Ordering Process
You can place an order on the site https://www.renownplace.com 24/7, except during maintenance. To order:
- Select the item, color, and size.
- Add it to the cart by clicking on the basket at the top left.
- Sign in or create an account, or fill out the form.
- Choose the payment and delivery method.
- Review the order summary before confirming the order.
Order confirmation will be sent via email after payment.
1-3: Order Refusal
RENOWN reserves the right to refuse an order if it presents a risk, aggression, or insult to the company.
ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS
2-1: Intellectual Property
The products offered for sale are in the “Shop” section of the site. The photos are not contractually binding. RENOWN is not liable for errors. All texts and images on the site are under copyright and intellectual property rights, and their reproduction is prohibited.
2-2: Price
Prices in the “Shop” section are listed in USD, taxes included, excluding shipping costs. VAT is specified during selection, and shipping costs appear at the end of the product selection. RENOWN reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the order time price. Prices include discounts and rebates from RENOWN. No discount for early payment.
2-3: Payment
Payment is made through Paypal and Woopayment.
2-4: Acceptance of Terms
Order validation by the customer implies acceptance of these terms without reservation.
ARTICLE 3: OFFER VALIDITY
Products are available while stocks last. If an ordered product is unavailable, RENOWN will inform the customer as soon as possible via email. RENOWN only ships orders based on available stock. If an item is unavailable, RENOWN will inform the customer and refund the item within 30 days of order validation.
ARTICLE 4: ORDERS
4-1: Validation
The customer validates their order by activating the “Order” link after accepting the terms. Before validation, the customer can review and correct elements of the order.
4-2: Order Confirmation
RENOWN confirms the order via email, including the elements of the order and the customer’s right of withdrawal. Orders will be sent after payment.
4-3: Data Archiving
Data recorded by RENOWN serves as proof of the order’s nature, content, and date and is archived by RENOWN under legal conditions and deadlines. The customer can access this archive by contacting customer service.
ARTICLE 5: REIMBURSEMENT
5-1: Amount
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the order. When refunding an order made with a discount voucher, the amount of the refund will be deducted from the voucher’s discount percentage based on the refund amount compared to the total order amount.
5-2: Refund Conditions
Refunds are only offered for wrong or damaged items. Contact [email protected] with photos of the damaged items for reimbursement.
5-3: Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
5-4: Defective Products
The customer must notify RENOWN of any product defects within 3 days of receiving the package. Failure to do so releases RENOWN from responsibility for the item’s condition.
